Do It All… or Nothing At All

Guests of the lodge, the beauty of Georgian Bay on its doorstep, can book scheduled cruises, guided private lake tours, or rent their own boat through a local agency and dock it at one of our slips. The 30,000 Islands of the world’s largest freshwater archipelago, a UNESCO designated Biosphere Reserve, lie just off shore. Speedboat or fishing trip, the kitchen prepares picnic lunches for lake excursions and will happily finesse anything caught into a gourmet feast.

Canoes and kayaks are found on our beach, horseback riding, biking, hiking, and trap shooting are all on-hand nearby. Along with ATV tours, helicopter rides, a selection of 18-hole golf courses, and a seasonal schedule of local events ranging weekly farmers markets and live music to literary readings.

Whatever you choose to do, everything or nothing, your stay at Glenn Burney Lodge will be a memorable one.

Those looking simply to unwind, can grab a sun lounger and a cocktail on the Lodge’s lakefront terrace, book an in-room massage (arranged on 24 hours notice), toast a marshmallow over the evening bonfire, or enjoy a gourmet food and wine experience thanks the lodge’s in-house sommelier and world class chefs.
